Digital Product — Immediate Delivery

ClarAudit's compliance documentation pack is a digital product delivered immediately upon payment. Your compliance documents are generated and made available for download within your active session, typically within 60 seconds of payment confirmation.

Consent to Immediate Delivery

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for digital content delivered immediately, this right may be waived with your explicit consent.

By completing your purchase, you:

  1. Consent to the immediate generation and delivery of your compliance documents.
  2. Acknowledge that this immediate delivery constitutes the beginning of performance of the service.
  3. Agree that you thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.

This consent is collected through a checkbox at checkout. You cannot complete your purchase without providing this consent.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Technical failure: If the document generation process fails and you do not receive your compliance pack, we will either resolve the issue or refund your payment in full.
  • Duplicate charge: If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, we will refund the duplicate amount.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Because your compliance documents are generated specifically from your inputs and delivered immediately, refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after receiving your documents.
  • Dissatisfaction with the content of the generated documents (the outputs are based on the information you provided and the text of the regulation).
  • Failure to retrieve your documents before the 48-hour email-backup link expired. After purchase you receive both an immediate in-browser download and an email containing a secure link valid for 48 hours; either route delivers the same compliance pack. If you have not retrieved your documents via either route within that window, the documents are permanently deleted and cannot be regenerated, but your compliance pack remains your responsibility to download.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund under the circumstances above, please contact us through our contact form. Include your payment reference and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 working days.
